The course is intended for designers who use NX to construct die tools. The course participant will receive training materials in an electronic form.
Completion of the NX CAD Complete course is a prerequisite for the training. Advantage is the completion of a Sheet Metal course.

• Preparing the part for using the PDW application

• Creating sequential unbends

• One-step unfold for getting developed shapes

• Establishing a project, assembly structure

• Designing the layout of an unfold shape on the sheet metal strip

• Scrap design

• Cutting simulation

• Insertion of a die base and standardized parts from libraries

• Using the library of standardized parts

• Calculation of forces

• Punches and die inserts design

• Automated drawing creation
